Custos IPC is a collective of patent, trademark and design specialists. We stand for innovation and believe in doing things differently.

We form a cooperative in which all self-employed people are members. This model was chosen in the belief that people should be empowered. Do what you are good at and get even better at it. With this philosophy, we serve companies with a highly innovative nature, who regularly have innovations that need to be captured. Companies that need a proactive, committed expert in their organisation to ensure that innovations are captured properly and decisions are made that are in line with the company's overall strategy, but have no need or budget to employ a full-timer or instead want a flexible shell around their internal agents.

Our specialists are experienced and driven, each from his/her own expertise. By combining this wide range of expertise, substantive knowledge and continuity are guaranteed for clients. Affiliated members can work together with like-minded people, with fellow professionals, exchange ideas and learn from each other. This happens in cooperation for clients, but also during the member days we organise every other month. At these times, we catch up with each other at an interesting location and enjoy a bite to eat and a drink.
