Submission of patent applications
We can facilitate the filing of patent applications for you. Both Dutch, European and International PCT applications, as well as applications in other countries through one of our agents. We know what to look out for and ensure that all formalities are in order. We can also register transfers, name changes or other matters.
Term registration
If you wish, we will include your patent portfolio in our professional docketing system. All deadlines and official correspondence are noted and stored therein. You get an account that allows you to access your files. Our formalities officers remind you of upcoming deadlines and can take care of filing documents throughout the procedure.
Validation of European patents
After a European patent has been granted, we can provide validation in the desired European countries. Of course, we can also take care of the registration of a unitary patent.
Conservation fees / Annual fees
Each country has its own deadlines and fees, and most national patent offices do not inform you when a fee is due or when a deadline has been missed. A fee not paid on time can lead to irrevocable forfeiture of a right. Monitoring and paying annual fees for your clients is therefore a big responsibility. We are happy to help you with this.
Subscriptions or single assignments
Depending on your needs and volume, we can agree on a subscription form with a fixed rate per month, or agree on a rate per assignment.
